REFERRAL REWARDS
Medacs Australia has spent years building up its reputation and a lot of our business is ‘word of mouth’. We actively promote our candidate referral program. To encourage you to send your colleagues our way, we have introduced a Referral Rewards Program. This allows us to thank you by offering a $500 cash reward every time one of your referrals takes a job through us.
There are no strings attached! There is no limit to the number of colleagues you can recommend. We will reward you for every person that Medacs Australia places in a position of 6 months or longer following your introduction.
HOW IT WORKS
- You must be a doctor already on our database
- They name you as their referrer
- We deposit the amount into your nominated Australian bank account
- There is no limit to the number of doctors you can refer
- So start referring now and earn!
LOYALTY REWARDS
We also wish to reward loyal candidates that use us repeatedly to find work. For any subsequent contracts of 6 months or longer that you take up through Qantum, you can claim a cash reward of $350.
HOW IT WORKS
Subsequent contracts must be with a different Facility or Area Health Service to claim.
We deposit the amount into your nominated Australian bank account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Medacs Australia's Loyalty Rewards Program only applies to Medical Practitioners who have been placed by Qantum.
- Rewards will be paid once a Medical Practitioner has completed 3 months of their contract.
- Rewards must be claimed within 12 months of the Medical Practitioner commencing work.
- Rewards do not apply to spouse referrals.
- Medacs Australia may change, or end, the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time.
